A letter from Singapore

We built this because planning shouldn’t split you into two inboxes.

We watched people we love plan a wedding across WhatsApp, Excel, and a pile of vendor emails. One person carried the mental load. The other kept asking what was left. Nobody had a single place that was true.
Aven is the workspace we wished they’d had. Tasks you can assign. A budget you can both see. Guests who’ve replied, and guests who haven’t. Seats, the day-of run of show, the reception desk — in one place, not twelve.
We’re a small team in Singapore. We are not trying to be a directory, a marketplace, or another app that looks pretty and then sits unopened. We want the two of you on the same page, literally.
If something in Aven feels wrong, say so. The footer has our email. We read it.

One wedding. One workspace. Both of you.

Planning is already emotional. The tools shouldn’t add a second job on top of it.

  1. 01

Both of you should be able to answer “what’s left?”

    Without a status meeting.

  2. 02

The guest list, the money, and the timeline belong together

Not in three apps that don’t talk.

  3. 03

The product should stay quiet until you need it, then be obvious

Free, on purpose. We’d rather you finish the wedding than fight a paywall.

That’s the company. That’s the product. We’re still early, and we’re building it in the open with the couples already using it.
